Jonathan Ng, CPA is Owner of Jonathan C Ng CPA. He has more than 10 years of accounting, tax, performing audit and various agreed-upon-procedure engagements to his role as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ng is dedicated to making the needs of his clients his priority. His services includes but not limited to: helping the client form/dissolve the corporation, applying for all sales tax certificates/seller’s permit/certificate of authority, liquor license for restaurant clients, and sales and payroll tax filings and supports. In addition, Mr. Ng also provides management with continual and ongoing consulting services including tax strategies, planning and preparations for small businesses and individual clients.

Mr. Ng received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College and his Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from University of Hartford, Connecticut. In addition, he is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is also active in his community and devotes time to a number of professional and charitable organizations.
